Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy for SuperSend TX transactional email.
Effective July 27, 2026 · Version v2026-07
1. Purpose
SuperSend TX provides transactional email infrastructure for legitimate product and operational messages. Because Pool and Sandbox traffic may share sending infrastructure, we enforce standards that protect recipients, mailbox providers, and all customers on the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, in addition to remedies under our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
- Transactional and relational email tied to a product or service relationship (for example receipts, invoices, password resets, security alerts, and account notifications).
- Messages sent with a lawful basis under applicable law, including appropriate consent or legitimate interest where required.
- Sending from verified domains or approved sandbox test flows as documented in our product.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Cold outbound, bulk unsolicited email, purchased/scraped/rented lists without a documented lawful basis.
- Phishing, malware, ransomware, deceptive content, or impersonation.
- Snowshoeing, domain rotation to evade filters, or other techniques intended to hide abusive traffic.
- Sending to spam traps, honeypots, or known bad addresses.
- Illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or violent content.
- Circumventing rate limits, plan caps, suppressions, or account suspensions.
- Using free or Sandbox plans to send production traffic that harms shared Pool reputation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure recipients have a lawful basis to receive your messages and that content complies with applicable law.
- Provide required sender identification and opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
- Honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate DNS and domain configuration for verified sending domains.
- Secure API keys and activity under all users on your account.
5. Enforcement
We monitor complaint rates, hard bounces, spam-trap signals, blocklist listings, and other abuse indicators.
When we identify a violation, we may throttle sending, suspend accounts, terminate access, block domains or IPs, and cooperate with mailbox providers or law enforcement.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse, email sendingabuse@supersend.io with relevant message metadata, timestamps, and headers where available.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
